9 regular figures: 1/9 each
Secret · Puppet: 1/108

Reshape is built on being remade: each figure is a Hirono altered by something — turned to wood, turned to crystal, drowned in gold paint, sprouting mushrooms. It is a set of 9 rather than the usual 12, and the secret, Puppet, is an articulated marionette whose eyes move side to side on a switch behind the head. 8.6–10.3cm; regular figures pull at 1 in 9, the secret at 1 in 108.
